We strive to display products and prices accurately. Colors, grain, and inlay patterns on handcrafted cues may vary slightly between pieces. Prices are listed in the store's displayed currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Eligible products may be returned within the window described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Handcrafted cues are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use; warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage.

All content on this site, including the Giuseppe name, logos, product designs, and imagery, is owned by Giuseppe Cue & Case and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giuseppe Cue & Case is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
