Not in love with it? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in original, unplayed condition with all packaging and tags intact.

• Email returns@giuseppecue.com with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid shipping label within one business day.
• Drop the package at any carrier location. Refunds process within 5 business days of arrival.

Every Giuseppe cue is covered against structural defects — warping, splitting, ferrule failure, or finish separation — for as long as you own it. If it fails under normal play, we repair or replace it. No fine print.

• Cosmetic wear from normal use.
• Damage from drops, impact, or extreme temperature/humidity.
• Tip wear (tips are consumables).
• Modifications by third parties.
