Shipping & Returns

Every cue ships in protective packaging and is fully insured in transit. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and available shipping methods are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your cue to your door.

We want you to love your purchase. Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Handcrafted cues are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, warping due to improper storage, or ordinary wear.
